Thanks for the excellent reply. I learn new OM things every day. This goes
in the Save folder.
I pulled mine out and discovered they both (104xxx and 106xxx) have the
removeable piece, but it is missing on the 106xxx. I assume this means that
they previous owner used it on a later body, but if I ever sell it, I'll
have to mention it. This was also a good day as I thought that one of them
wouldn't open. Turns out it was stupid human error. They are somewhat
complicated. In a pleasant surprise, I discovered it had two nice
cartridges in it!
