For me, I would pick either the 55/1.2 or the 135/2,8 - with a strong
preference for the 55/1.2. The 55/1.2 is truely amazing, and I use
that probably more than any other lens I ever owned (for the OMs,
that is).

Oh, no. Only one? Not fair.
I would say that it would have to be a 50 mm lens. It could do
portraits without looking too awful and do short telephoto and semi
wide without too much running forward and backward. Since I value
quality sharpness and contrast over speed it would have to be the 50/F2
macro and I get close focus as well.
