Good question. I'm wondering if there is some kind of rebate for people
upgrading from Elements to V 2.

Amazon.com has a pretty good deal. They are selling v.2 for $89
instead of $99. They are also offering a $20 rebate with coupon
downloadable on their web site. Included in the box is a $30 upgrade
coupon from Adobe. $39. Shipping is free. I just ordered a copy.
