which version comes with the 2450?  Are these fully functional versions of
Elements 2.0?

Regarding PS Elements (v.2), Epson are bundling it with their new flatbed
slides/neg scanner Perfection 2400 (around 200GBP in the UK I believe).
Perfection 2400 uses a USB 2.0 interface. The more expensive 2450, which
appears to cater for 4x5, also included PS elements .
