I have a 24/2 myself, and I love it. Its only probles are that it has
a tendancy to vignet, even with "slim" filters, and also that it is
not all that compact (as, e.g., the 28/2.8). However just the same
size as a 50/1.4, it is not exactly big either :)
It's one of my most used lenses, along with the 55/1.2 and the
135/2.8. Makes a nice team.
...you seriously didn't expect to write to the list to be discouraged
from buying a piece of equipment, did you? :)
