I would like to know this too. Under XP, it is almost automatic. The OS
will even offer to automatically copy the images to the proper document
folder. I didn't have to install any drivers, a disk icon appeared the
first time I plugged my E-10 into my computer and I treated it just like a
removable drive. I normally drag and drop them into the folder I want with
the 'move' option so it automatically removes them from the CF that I use.
Will a CF or SM reader be quicker?

However, I am curious. Are the card readers really significantly faster? It
does take a fair bit of time to dump a 256 CF card via the camera (a few
minutes) but then it takes a fair bit of time to move 256mb of data via USB
(I) anyway, right? Has anyone timed the difference?
