I've got a G-IIIQL in fair shape, if you'd like to borrow it for a while
before making such a big step. You'll have to come up with a live PX625,
though. That's one reason that I prefer my Minolta 7sII - it uses an S-76.
And Jim is right, when side by side they are only a little smaller than the
OM-1, and neither is as solidly built as the OM. The focusing isn't as much
easier as you think, though a CLA that includes cleaning the RF elements may
help that. For that reason, I seldom use either, though they are sweet
little instruments.
