The 2 series screen is the finest I have ever seen, the 4Ti has half mirror
so it is not as bright as the 2n with same type of screen. With a slow tele,
the 2 series screen is much brighter than all other screens including
Beattie with the 2n, you may not see this different with F2.8 or brighter
lenses.

to take it into account. It is _very_ much brighter, I find even brighter
than my 2 series screen in my 4Ti. However, I find the 2 series screen
easier to focus. I'm not sure why. I think it's because I've ceased using
the split-screen in the middle, and mostly use the ground glass. The glass
on the Beattie is finer (?) don't know if that's the right word. I like
mine.
