I'd second that. Easiest install I've ever done. Practically a "forehead
install" (y'know, put the CD in the drive, then hit the spacebar with your
forehead ;-) ). Recognizes every weird piece of hardware I've got, and
networking setup's so easy, my Mom could do it. I've now got two XP machines
in my home office running in tandem, connected by Firewire, creating a
"mini-LAN" that operates at 400 Mbits/second, with one of the machines acting
as a "gateway" to the Internet, and the other just sharing the first machine's
Internet connection, as well as all the peripherals (scanners, printers, etc.)
of the first.
