For exhaustive searches, though slower than Google alone, I recommend
Copernic. They've even seduced me into two upgrades. The Pro version will
even update searches on a schedule, e.g. 3 am, or every hour, and email the
results.
It works best if you have high speed access, but even if not.
So I start the search and go back to reading the mail for a while...
