Just to add to the mac browser comments, icab is v small and very
fast, v good for older macs,
and the best of all, omniweb, for os x only , is just beautiful...
Pete, outing himself as a mac guy since the 128K
I find that iCab for my OS9 system is mostly a delight, small, fast
and amazingly configurable. No pop up windows for me. Unhappily, it
never seems to get finished and does not always deal well with bad
code which was always a Netscape forte. For code centric people(not
me), it has little smiley/frowney face that lets you know how
standard/bad the code is on a page. Click on it and it will list all
the coding errors for you. Surprisingly I almost never see a page
without errors. I finally covered up the frowney face with an
alternative button graphic.
