That's stretching it a bit. I'd settle for learning when to use the fog
lights (950f Sydney drivers fail there). :-) And manual gearbox. I
think that'd be the closer analogy in the car world: auto vs manual. :-)
It's also called the "slippery slope" fallacy. Doesn't "wash" in formal
argument (IOW it's an unacceptable practice in debates).
