If this can be said as the same than I can say RDP III and RAP is the same
film, check the Fuji data sheet you will see they have the same Spectral Dye
Density Curves and characteristic curves. The spectral sensitivity curves
are also "similar".
Your analogy using RDP III and RAP selectively ignores the spectral
sensitivity curves; specifically the curve for the green layer which is
obviously very different. My assertions about Pro Image 100 and and Gold
100 do *not* selectively ignore any of the data Kodak published about their
respective structures: the PGI, characteristic curves, spectral dye
density, or spectral sensitivity.

On the other hand, I have just checked the curves of RA (Sensia II) and RAP
(Astia), this time they look exactly matched.
About Astia and Sensia II 100 we agree. They have the same film and
emulsion structure. Provia 400 [RHP] and Sensia 400 [RH] also have the same
film and emulsion structure. I believe you're "in denial" about Pro Image
100 and Gold 100. The preponderance of evidence showing their "sameness"
is too great.
Furthermore, an assertion that Kodak would create a special, unique film
structure and emulsion, strictly for marketing an inexpensive "pro" film
outside the U.S. is not credible. Kodak does not do that. What would be
credible is an assertion Kodak is manufacturing Pro Image 100 "off shore"
(outside the U.S.), although I have no evidence to support or deny it.
Kodak *copies* its emulsions and repackages them with different marketing
clothing. Brace yourself for yet another assertion about Kodak's film
cloning: Supra 100, Law Enforcement 100 (LE100) and Royal Gold 100 are all
the same film. Comparison of *all* the curves and the PGI for each of them
show this. In addition, the reciprocity failure and recommended
non-daylight color correction data also supports it. "Same films" that
Kodak makes; some will be no-brainers and others may be surprising:
Pro Image 100 = Profoto 100 = Gold 100
Supra 100 = LE100 = Royal Gold 100
Supra 400 = LE400 = Royal Gold 400
Supra 800 = Portra 800 = Zoom Max 800
Pro 1000 (disc.) = Royal Gold 1000
Portra 400BW = Black&White + 400
E100S = Elitechrome 100
E100VS = Elitechrome 100 Extra Color
Ektachrome 160T = Elitechrome 160T
E200 = Elitechrome 200
Notable mismatches (do not appear the same):
(a) Profoto 400 and Max 400
(b) T400CN and Portra 400BW or B&W+400
[different orange mask in film base]
(c) E400X and Elitechrome 400
