All the electronic d/a cameras do this - OM10, -20, -30, and -40.
Another way round it with the OM-2(n) is on Auto with the black hat method
where you remove the hat from in front of the lens after a second or two to
let the vibrations die down, but not very suitable for live insects, in
which case try to work in low light with electronic flash to freeze all
movement.
