You are right here,it's called *Konturfilter. Nothing complicated :)
The unchanged photo appears elsewhere on the site.

Its just
a regular shot of someone bowing (?) a cello.
well, that *someone is me - thats why I put it there :) The name of the
photographer is mentioned further down the page.
