I am afraid you got burned on this one. A fully
fuctional model on E-bay runs about $150 from what
I've seen and there are plenty of deals to be made. 2
monts ago I got an OM-1n whose only problem was foam
rot (sent it off to be CLA by John H.) with a very
nice 50mm/1.4 for 125 plus shipping. I recently also
received a beat up but still fully functional OM-1
which I am selling for $75 if you would like (blatant
sales pitch) that only needs a CLA to be restored to
perfect working order I think.
I did also get a strap, everyready case and 35/2.8 lens. Though the
lens seems to be missing the peice that makes the aperature
click/lock. Still I feel it was a bad deal.
I want to see how this one is working before I make any firm plans,
hopefully I'll fisish a roll tonight.
