Joe, Had I received this item and it was not as described, I would have
contacted the seller, described my disappointment and suggested two or three
possible solutions. ie. 1) Return for full refund. 2) Partial refund. 3)
Some type of cost sharing for the repairs. Obviously there are other
options, but I would try to offer several things, each of which would please
me. Don't offer a solution that still leaves you unhappy. This has worked
for me a time or two in the past. Sometimes it doesn't work. ebay also
offers some solutions. My 2 cents worth. Bill Barber
