As promised, check the following link for an example of the 200/4 with
25mm extension tube. Warning for sensitive eyes, image does contain
sexuality in the wild. Click on the image for the full un-edited scan
as a 2mb jpeg file. I was perhaps 4-6 feet from the couple, I don't
recall exact distance.
