My Tope Macro photo was taken with the 200/4 and 25mm extension
(not 21mm as indicated on the page). This is a favorite
combination of mine and I am extremely happy with the bokah and
sharpness.
Note, that this photo example in TOPE is pushing the DOF element
in a different direction than you normally would try to do with
macro. The 200/4 with 14mm or 25mm extension tubes give you
mammoth working distances and beautifully smooth backgrounds.
Of course, silver-nosed versions are better.
