Yes, but I was talking about the rest of us! Canada, UK and Germany I
believe get direct credit. We don't.

No mate - I WANT MY MONEY! This sounds like a casino that wants to keep you
in there as long as possible, 'cos they know they'll get the money back.
I've got a bank account - don't need more of them. Would you accept it if
it was the only choice they gave you?
Besides - reverse the situation. If you really wanted to buy something from
Australia but were told that to pay for it you'd have to open a dummy bank
account in Queensland, supply lots of spammable personal details and then
at the end of the transaction ask very nicely if you could have it
transferred please and the fees are HOW much?....... Your reaction would be?
