I guess it depends on how much money and how big of a gambler you are. I
once changed dollars to pound notes and wrapped them in carbon paper and
mailed cash in pounds to someone in England, but as I recall it was not
very much, like maybe 25 pounds or so, because an international money
order was so expensive with all the bank fees.
