I have no experience with the others, but I have been
very satisfied with the 3.5-4.5 sharpness compared to
my fixed fl lenses. One thing to watch for - with
mine, best focus for infinity shots is not at the
infinity mark, but is significantly backed off - more
so at 35 than at 70.
And I agree the compactness and light weight are a
significant advantage - especially for vacation/travel
shooting.
