[OM] Light Baffle and Mirror Foam

I've decided to replace the foam on all my cameras and want to get some 
bulk self adhesive foam. I found the supply place but don't know what to 
order...

Has anyone used any of this stuff on OM cameras? Which product should I get 
for 4 cameras?
