Go to a camera auction. By a cheap bellows. Any type. Get a hacksaw. Cut severely. The result (after some filing and maybe a drill hole) is a focussing rail. Cost less than $10. Foxy ----- Original Message ----- Does anyone have any focusing rails they're interested in selling? If so, please contact me directly with the relevant info. In the meantime, I've got a couple of questions for those familiar with focusing rails. The least expensive focusing rails at B&H and Adarama are less than $100. Is there any reason to spend more money? Any brands of focusing rails you're aware of that I should avoid? < This message was delivered via the Olympus Mailing List > < For questions, mailto:owner-olympus@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > < Web Page: http://Zuiko.sls.bc.ca/swright/olympuslist.html > |
