I 'inherited' a OM-1md from my parents and it came with the 50/1.4 and
28/3.5. Only last year did I get bitten by the zuiko bug and start needing
lenses.
First was the 100/2.8 which I NEEDED for a portrait assignment for my photo
class.
Then I joined the university newspaper and NEEDED something a little longer,
so the 75-150/4 followed.
Just today I found a great deal on a 65-200 which is going to replace my
75-150...
I've found that these lenses cover all the focal lengths I need. The primes
are sharp and the zooms are convenient. I may pick up a 35-70 or 35-105 to
cover the short zoom range as I am doing more and more photojournalistic
work. None of these were really expensive, the 65-200 being the priciest
weighing in at $129.
Hope this helps
