Personally, I like the idea, close to the apeture control and focus. But, I
haven't had a chance to use my OM-1n much yet (work schedule is really
getting in the way, but at the same time is financing more Zuikos). Another
possibility would be the OM-2000 which (I believe) has the shutter speed in
the more conventional spot on top of the camera.
