If it were me, I'd just get a zuiko 100/2.8. Super small, excellent lens,
and the extra millimeters above and below can be covered with a few steps.
My 2 (why is there not a 'cent' sign on the keyboard? If I remember right,
it used to be on the '2' key of typewriters)

I used a Vivitar x2 converter (with the glass removed) on my 85/2
until I bought a Tamron 90/2.8 Macro (lovely lens).
If you have a Mac, Option-4 will give you a ¢ sign (go on someone,
tell me what that comes out as... :>)).
