A prototype means there was one (or a few) made. If you mean "put into
production," no. That is why it is a "prototype."
Specifications (as best I can translate from Italian): 6 element in 5
group design; f/16 minimum aperture; 65cm minimum focusing distance;
weight 140g; length 21mm; diameter 59mm; 49mm filter thread. Yes, it had
the aperture ring combined with the filter threads.
