Dear all,
I bought a Zuiko lens from an interstate private seller a few weeks back and
it arrived well packaged, lens in plastic bag sealed with tape, inside
cardboard box also sealed with plenty of strong tape, and in the box to
cushion the lens pop-corn ! Is this a "standard" pakaging material ?
Many shippers use it. Cheap, biodegradable. If not carefully stored,
however, it tends to attract insects and rodents. But it works at least as
well as styrofoam "popcorn," and you can always make another batch. ;-)
