I seem to recall a computer manufacturer using popcorn back in the eighties,
more environmentally friendly than the usual foam. I also recall it was not
very tasty, needed more butter and salt.

Subject: [OM] Packaging materials
Dear all,
I bought a Zuiko lens from an interstate private seller a few weeks back and
it arrived well packaged, lens in plastic bag sealed with tape, inside
cardboard box also sealed with plenty of strong tape, and in the box to
cushion the lens pop-corn ! Is this a "standard" pakaging material ?
