If you really want one of these 1.4X's to attach to your 300/4.5, then try 
the Sigma 400/5.6. I found it to be sharper and contrastier at full aperture 
than the Zuiko at 6.3. And the Sigma will be less expensive than the 1.4X by 
itself. Of course, if you want to attach it the the 250/2, well, . . . . so 
do I.
