The +/- Dial, without affecting the ambient light exposure. Because later is
determined by the manual exposure settings. This affects fill-in flash.
With other OM-camaras OTF-flash only works in auto mode,
and a +/- correction also influences ambient light exposure.
A disadvantage of the classic Olympus OTF-System.
Too sad, I can`t try out, still waiting for the 3Ti....
