[OM] OM-G focus screen

Does anyone know if the standard OM focus screen could be used to replace an
OM-G focus screen that is scratched? I know that the tab on the OM screen
would have to be removed, but I don't know about the other dimensions.
Barring that solution, is there some way I can get my hands on a genuine
replacement?
