And if I only had one film: Provia F ???
So, I just came back from a little shoot to capture 1) the first snow on
the mountains, 2) a simultaneous moonrise and sunset, 3) lingering
aspens changing colors. Equipment used: two OM-2S bodies, a 65-200mm
f/4 Zuiko and a 35-70mm f/3.5~4.5 Zuiko, with Provia F. Problems: the
short zoom not wide enough and not fast enough at 70mm, the 65-200mm not
focusing to infinity when at 200mm (OK at 190mm), and neither fast
enough lenses. Advantages: real time spot metering, fast intuitive
handling, the ability to nest a metal 35/50mm Oly hood on the short
zoom, light weight. I was satisfied with the experience, even if I
might have just missed the shots due to 1/30th shutter speeds and not
quite enough of a wide angle. Had I had a full bag of equipment I would
have missed the moonrise in all the fuss to get stuff out.
