When I looked at the Billpoint site last week I feel certain that I read
something about 'US buyers only' and I exited forthwith. I checked again
today and they've gone international, listing all the countries that I could
think of. The main difference I can see between them and BidPay is that the
seller pays Billpoint's charges and the buyer pays BidPay's.
