I think Billpoint is Ok outside the U.S. if you have a Visa card to use
to pay it.
I agree with you on BidPay. I don't know why more people don't use it.
The first time I was paid by them is was a bit scary... Do I ship the
item once I get the confirmation, or wait for the money order... Is this
for real or a scam etc... After getting two payments from them now I'm a
believer. I welcome payments from them. I don't know the costs though.
