Try loosening it up by stopping down the aperture to its smallest f/stop and
(with the lens off the camera) gently flipping the diaphragm actuating lever
several times, fully open and letting it close again. Sometimes that's all
a long-disused lens needs.
Otherwise, yup, it may need pro attention.

Just purchased a like new 50mm 1.2, cheap (do I hear heckling?), took it
home
WITHOUT trying it out first, took a few shots and noticed that the
diaphragm
blades don't fully reopen every time you take a picture. Most of the time,
but not always. Everything looks OK, no oil on the blades, dust, etc. The
lens looks like it's brand new! Does it just need a CLA? Anybody had this
problem before?
