So if an OM-4 turns off the batt. check automatically it means it has the
4T, low drain circuit, right? I have no means of checking the drain (no
amperometer), but I'd like to know what can I expect from my newly acquired
OM-4 (yes, it does turn the batt check off). Now I leave the batteries in
the camera all the time, bu I always swith the shutter dial to manual 60 or
B when I'm done for the day. How long can I get from SR44 (357 type)
batteries this way? In my OM-10 a pair of alkaline A-76 batts lasted me
about a year (casual shooting).
Cheers
