I recently went on a trip where my OM-4t was my main camera and I had an
OM-1 in the bag as my backup. Now that's a REAL backup. No batteries
required! I didn't want to carry two bodies all the time.
Incidentally, the OM-1 didn't get used. The OM-4T was rock solid all week.

You forgot to mention battery drain. Unless the 4 has had a 4T circuit
board installed, battery life will be about 1/4 that of a 4T. This could
be important in a "back up" camera!
If you decide on a 4, you may want to make it your main camera, and use
your existing 4T for back-up. A back-up isn't worth much if, every time
you need it, the batteries are dead.
