I like the C-41 B&W films, but I can't seem to get very good skin
tonality, even when I overexpose. It's too bad, 'cause the stuff really
scans well . . . Agfapan 100 is much better for light-skinned subjects.
I can't get it in the stores here, though.
It sound like your son might actually prefer the look of an old-style
film like Tri-X.
