Olympus makes Ni-MH rechargeable AA batteries for their digital cameras. I
bought two sets and the charger just after I bought my D600-L. Prior, 4
regular AAs, would only last about 20 - 25 shots. MOMMA MIA did this thing
eat up batteries! But since I have been using the rechargeables, I get 40+
shots on a full charge.
The charger with 4 batteries was $86.00 and $39.00 for an extra 4 Pak of
batteries. I'm sure, you could find them a little cheaper, I just ordered
them from a MISCO catalogue. (Prices are in CDN dollars).
