One of two things happend:
1. my shutter is gone wack, which could be the case, or
2. I confused it with the timed shutter opening from the self timer, in
which case the shutter opens for very close to 2 secs. Since I was doing
various experiments, running all over town to make the most of the little
time with the ideal light, this may well have been the case.
I just checked, and now the B setting works as it should if the release is
pressed and release, and the self timer trip opens it for a timed period.
Cross checked with my supervisor's OM-1, which appears to be normal.
I must have gotten a little carried away in the excitement at Marketnite
:-) I'll try not to get so enthused next time, ahem.
