I have no idea what the ingredients are.  It is principly a non fluid goo which 
fairly rapidly turns to a tacky rubber compound on contact with air.  Its 
intended 
purpose is to be spread on the back of disc brake pads to dampen intense 
vibration which is audible as squealing brakes.
