Ken,
If housing prices are a concern, and aren't they always, be glad you're not
moving to California. Your $75,000 house that is going for $130,000 in Iowa,
would be selling for between $250,000 and $500,000 in the bay area of
California. The really bad thing about California is the absolutely
outrageous housing prices in the most desirable areas.
