I think the Nikon mountaineer guy must be a wimp. That 20-35 zoom on an F5
still weighs less than a professional video camera. <g>
For crying out loud, I've even done some moderate mountaineering with medium
format equipment plus the Olympus equipment while carrying a tripod. Or how
about Ansel Adams trucking 4x5 and 8x10 equipment all over the Sierras...
Wimps.
