A Metz (any 32 with SCA300 connector) is *very* like a T32 (both oem by
Popular) and you'll need only a SCA 32O or SCA 321 cable for OM and a SCA
343 (340, 341, 342) for the Nikon cameras.
If you intend to put a Nikon flash on an OM shoe maybe you'll need to tape
the additional contacts on the shoe...
