According to Shipman, M or MF bulbs can be used at 1/60, FP >1/60 or <1/15.
It's all got to do with the time the bulb takes to get bright, and how long
it stays bright for. No experience here, just limited reading.
I was dismayed to find my 2SP only had X sync.
