Here's what I have (the source is Rudolph Lea's excellent "The Register
of 35mm SLR's", 2-nd ed., Wittig Books 1993, ISBN 3-88984-130-9):
1981 - Pentax ME-F
1982 - Canon AL-1 QL
1983 - Olympus OM-F and Nikon F-3 AF
1985 - Canon T-80
1985 - Minolta Maxxum 7000, the first real AF
