On the 26th of Feb. 1998, for those of us in the USA, there will be a
partial solar eclipse. Where I live it will be about 22%, but I have the
good luck of being in the Miami, FL area will it will be 50%. I would like
to try and photograph it. I have an OM-PC which I can mount a 500mm or
800-1200mm lens on with a better then a ND5 filter in front of the Lens. Plan
to load it with 36exp. film and shoot a frame every 4 min.
I have gotten a lot of information from www.skypub.com and the Kodak
book
"Astrophotography Basics"
Would like to hear from anyone who may have done this before.
