Not to go on at length about loss and coping, but do think *now* about
your strengths, your family, and your friends. And should the
circumstances arise, don't wait for others to come to you - go to them.
After losing Karen last year after a year of increasing decline, I made
a point of travel to see family and friends and places, not just locally
but in Ontario, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, Massachusetts, and the UK
(Wales and England), eight trips in total, and... it was absolutely the
best thing I could have done for myself, to be with people, as the
reality sank in.
